6. My computer has problems either Hardware/Network or Softwares, How do you fix it?
First we will ask you over the phone some questions related to the last operation of your Personal Computer/Desktop, via internet chat, or by e-mail and try to fix the problem. If the problem is not solved, we will repair your computer problems by complete analysis and inspection. You may bring your PC to our Office, or have your PC picked up from your home.

8. If I purchase Computer hardwares thru JDF Enterprises...do you install all units and components?
Installation is ABSOLUTELY FREE as part of JDF Enterprises aim to please its customers!

9. What is the mode of payment, when I pay service charges ?
We accept Cash( personal delivery payment)or Cheque(either send it via mail or personal delivery payment)or secure online thru PAYPAL (Pay to the order of: JDF Enterprises Computers and Internet Services).

10. Do you issue official receipt ?
Yes, JDF Enterprises Computers and Internet Solutions will issue an Official Receipt for every payment made.
